Disclaimer: A Divine Constructs Consulting (DCC) coaching, mentoring, or mediation relationship with clients is essentially a relationship whereby the DCC representative assists the Client(s) in meeting the Client's goal within the areas that the coaching, mentoring, or mediation relationship is meant to focus on. A DCC client engagement requires the Client(s) to acknowledge and agree: a.) Client(s) are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices that Client(s) make with regard to this relationship, as well as the recommendations and input; b.) The Client(s) are solely and exclusively responsible for the Clients’ own mental health, physical health, business decisions, and any other actions or inaction they choose to take; c.) DCC is not liable for any result or non-result or any consequences that may come about due to the Clients’ relationship with DCC; d.) Coaching, mentoring, and mediation are not financial advisory, therapeutic, or medical relationships. DCC may not provide financial, therapy, or medical services, and the Client(s) are responsible for procuring these services at the Client's’ own will and discretion if needed.
